Fan Fiction
Writing fan fiction (and reading it) has always been a sort of fun hobby for me. I think it does help me be a better writer, playing within different sandboxes and adjusting to different styles.
when shall the light find my eyes
A Mo Dao Zu Shi fanfiction.
SUMMARY:
All the scriptures had placed the home of the Heavenly Immortals and the various gods within a palace nestled among a bed of clouds. Beautiful columns of white jade and golden tiles, a vision of beauty unmatched by anything in the mortal plane. How devastating it would be to find out that the residence of who the mortals called the Jade Emperor bore no columns of white jade? How mortifying would it be for the cultivators to find out that the man they had vilified as a monster was an Immortal god who stood on the highest peak?
Alternatively: Even “dead”, Wei Wuxian plays the largest prank possible on the entirety of the cultivation world. It’s not his fault they didn’t really pay attention to who his mother was or who her mother was.
Also: Wei Wuxian is a god and he’s pissed that an obviously abused kid tried to summon him with a Body Offering Ritual (never mind that he was the one to create it) and that’s The Last Straw.
Spanish translation is available on Wattpad.
